Saturday

  • Ian and Chris get the key to Hale Waikoa from Dan
  • Ian and Chris get the supplies from Lani at the IfA and leave them in the rental car

Sunday

Location: MCC electronics lab

  • KT arrives 11:30am
  • KT calls Elisabeth or Mark to get access to MCC
  • (lunch?)
  • Team meets in MCC, unloads supplies from rental car, assembles supplies, prepares for practice run
  • Help from Lisa
  • 3:30pm John Pye comes by for a debrief
  • 4-6pm practice run with J.D. et al

Monday

Location: MCC classroom (reserved 8am-6:30pm)

  • Meet and coordinate with Kalei
  • Debrief practice run
  • Last-minute changes
